Sylvia Vriesendorp is principal technical advisor in the Center for Leadership and Management at Management Sciences for Health. She is a member of the MSH team that serves as a core partner on both the Knowledge for Health (K4Heatlh) project and the Health Communication Capacity Collaborative (HC3).
Sylvia has over 26 years of experience working on health programs in developing countries, specializing in bringing people together to overcome public health and organizational challenges to move together to a shared vision for better health for all. A native of the Netherlands, she has resided in Switzerland, Lebanon, Senegal and Afghanistan. She has now made Eastern Massachusetts her permanent home.
She holds an ADB from Leiden University in the Netherlands in psychology and has since specialized in organizational development, cross cultural training, leadership development, group facilitation and coaching.
